Senior Engineer, Clair

• Deep experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications in cloud-native environments
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted workflows for rapid, high-quality code generation
• A track record of prioritizing user impact over technical cleverness and holding yourself accountable to business metrics (conversion, retention, operational cost)
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and how core transactional systems feed analytical data engineering pipelines
• Ability to work across the stack comfortably, fully owning a product or feature
• Expertise with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Expo (React Native) for frontend development
• Some experience with Laravel (PHP) backend development, or demonstrable expertise building performant backend systems at scale
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases
• Experience with AWS infrastructure
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly both in calls and in writing
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
