Who you are

Experience: You should have a strong background in marketing with a focus on digital and customer acquisition strategies. Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS environment is preferred
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities are essential, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Creativity and Innovation: We value creativity in developing marketing strategies that engage and retain customers
Adaptability: The ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market or business strategy is crucial
Communication: Strong communication skills are necessary for articulating strategies and results clearly across different teams
Leadership: Potential to take on leadership roles as the team grows is important, even if immediate direct management is not part of the role
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with current digital marketing tools and platforms, with the openness to adapt to new technologies

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Fospha as we expand into the North American market
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead our efforts to attract new customers and build our brand presence
You'll develop and implement marketing strategies, use data to guide your decisions, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
This position allows you to significantly influence our expansion and success in a new region
