Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision and design excellence
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign)
- Experience with digital and social media design
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

What the job involves
- FIGS is looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Graphic Design to ensure the highest quality of visual content across all platforms
- Lead and manage graphic designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Oversee the creation of all visual content, ensuring alignment with FIGS’ brand identity and marketing goals
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to develop and execute creative concepts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
- Review and approve all design work, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into the design process
- Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
