Who you are
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SMB lending
- Prior experience working directly with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs)
- Industry experience in financial services, fintech, or commercial lending
- A proven track record in sales, particularly in partner or channel management
- Successful experience working with small to medium-sized businesses
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide partners or team members toward shared goals
- Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive resolution independently
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM, Microstrategy and Microsoft Office
What the job involves
- Enova is seeking an energetic ISO Account Manager which encompasses partner relationships through our ISO (Independent Sales Organization). This individual will create and execute a strategy to provide best-in-class service to strengthen our sales efforts and maximize profitable volume growth for Enova SMB
- Manage and grow relationships with key ISO partners to drive loan volume and market penetration
- Support ISOs in day-to-day activities including deal structuring, application processing, and pipeline management
- Train and ramp up new ISOs by helping them understand our products, processes, and value proposition
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ISOs, ensuring timely and effective communication across all touchpoints
- Provide consistent communication cadences to ISO partners, including updates on ranked approvals, active opportunities, and general market trends
- Obtain and synthesize market feedback from ISOs and relay insights back to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Monitor and report on ISO performance metrics; identify opportunities for growth and areas needing support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Operations, and Product teams to improve customer experience
- Visit ISO offices in person and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and represent the company
- Assist in onboarding and enabling new ISO partners to ensure they are trained and equipped for success

Providing customers with quick access to credit is important for fintech companies to survive in today's financial landscape of open banking, but this is made difficult by high credit rejection rates from banks. However, these decisions are generally made by human assessments of data which are limited due to the complexity of the modern financial landscape. AI-driven solutions, able to analyse vast amounts of data almost instantly to derive accurate credit risk assessments, present room for improvement in the lending industry.
Enova provides a platform called Colossus that leverages AI and machine learning-enabled analytics to provide businesses and individuals with fast, reliable, and trustworthy credit. The company achieves this by partnering with banks and sharing its data analysis solutions, helping to identify opportunities for credit when they would otherwise be missed. There is definitely a market for its product: over 8 million customers have funded almost $50 billion through the platform to date.
Enova has grown strongly in recent years based on the rapid uptake of its product. As the macroeconomic climate remains volatile, businesses will increasingly come to rely on Enova's AI-based solutions to help them manage credit risk and navigate an increasingly complex lending environment.
