- You are already located in Berlin and ready to visit the office at least twice a week
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You are resilient, and objection handling is one of your strengths
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability
- Passion for technology, startups, and sales
Desirable
- Experience in sales development or an inside sales role, preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
What the job involves
- You’ll play a crucial role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team
- Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points
- Reach out to users via phone, email, and social media to educate them on Lumiform’s software and schedule meetings for the Account Executives team
- Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting
- Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform’s application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development

It has also recently held a successful investment round and plans to use the fresh capital to further drive product development and global expansion efforts.
