• The clarity to write with personality and perspective about serious things, pushing the ideas and messaging beyond the brief, but never at the expense of credibility
• Experience writing across a range of mediums and audiences, with examples showing how the same voice bent to fit a different channel and still held
• Experience helping a brand voice take shape rather than inheriting a finished one

• A cross-functional and collaborative approach, working in the room with our design team as well as cross functionally with our content and marketing teams, PMM and Ops partners, ideating out loud, riffing, and willing to push to make the writing the best it can be
• A real curiosity around how things work: the problems we solve for our customers, the tensions inherent in that and how we communicate these ideas
