Principal Software Engineer, Rula

• 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Architect, with deep expertise in backend technologies
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role (Staff, Principal, or Architect) for a SaaS product supporting an engineering organization of 25–50+ engineers
• Proven experience working cross-functionally and leading through influence across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and cloud-based technologies
• Deep knowledge of security, performance, scalability, and maintainability best practices in distributed systems
