Staff Accountant, Crusoe Energy Systems

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, including monthly close, cash reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred). Experience with accounting software (Acumatica ERP a plus)
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our growing team at our manufacturing location in Arvada (6692 Fig St.)
• This position requires you to be proactive, think on your feet and adapt to our ever-evolving business needs
• Manage the Accounts Receivable (A/R) process, including billing and account reconciliation
• Backup the Accounts Payable (A/P) process as needed
• Perform month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial records
• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger and its integration with other financial functions
