Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the tech, wellness or beauty industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing successful trade shows, partnership events and influencer events on an international scale
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft software
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
What the job involves
- Therabody is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Activation Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of trade shows, partnership events, influencer events, and conferences in EMEA.
- This role involves transforming concepts into unique experiences, including trade show/expo exhibits and sponsorship activations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for event planning and a proven track record of delivering successful events that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with Therabody’s business objectives, brand positioning, and global growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities for partnership events, influencer engagements, and participation in trade shows and conferences
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Therabody-hosted and partnered events, ensuring they meet the company’s high standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, customer support) and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Design and execute co-branded events with strategic partners to enhance mutual brand recognition and business objectives
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and influencers, creating engaging experiences that drive brand advocacy and collaboration
- Monitor and analyze the impact of partnership and influencer events on brand awareness and business metrics
- Oversee Therabody’s presence at industry trade shows and conferences, including booth design, branding, staffing, and on-site logistics
- Develop strategies to maximize the impact of trade show and conference participation, including lead generation, brand visibility, and networking opportunities
- Track and report on the ROI of trade show and conference participation
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute event promotion strategies that drive attendance and engagement
- Liaise with external vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure all event requirements are met
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on event progress and outcomes
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present monthly post-event reports, including attendee feedback, budget analysis, and ROI
