Principal Product Manager, Reddit

• This position requires strong product sense, customer empathy, and analytical skills as well as the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams such as design, data science, and sales/marketing to help take our platform to the next level
• 8 + years of product management leadership or equivalent experience building, executing and scaling >1M user consumer internet products
• Experience building highly scalable Ads products (Experience with advertiser interfaces such as campaign management tools, dashboards, or creative tooling is desirable)
• Proven experience in building & running high-performing, diverse & inclusive teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team, as well as align a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal
• A "can do / no excuses" mindset for winning with resource constraints
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Executive-level leadership

• Draw deep insight from competitive research and emerging industry trends to inform strategy and product decisions
• Work closely with design, engineering, and GTM functions to craft and bring the Ads Manager product vision to life
