- 4+ years of experience in direct mail or catalog marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Experience in other offline channels is a plus
- Demonstrated success in owning direct mail campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable next steps
- Experience managing external agencies
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with tools like Looker or customer data platforms (CDPs) preferred
What the job involves
- Lead the strategy and implementation of all direct mail programs
- Partner with the creative, merchandising and inventory teams to align assets with brand storytelling and product priorities
- Develop segmentation strategies to target high-value audiences
- Manage all agency partnerships, contracts and performance reviews
- Define KPIs, testing plans, and measurement methodologies for all mail and offline initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and provide actionable insights to drive ROI
- Partner with the engineering and analytics teams to continuously improve matchback, holdout testing, and incrementality measurement
- Manage and scale other offline channels including newspaper, OOH, etc
