What the job involves
- As an Associate Account Executive at Rho, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on lead generation, sales support, and client engagement
- This position is designed to be a launching pad for your career in fintech and software sales, offering a clear path to becoming a full Account Executive within a year
- In this role, you will be at the forefront of Rho's growth initiatives, working closely with Senior Account Executives to drive new business and support existing client relationships
- You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of fintech, gaining hands-on experience with our innovative all-in-one financial platform that combines corporate cards, payments, and banking services
- Your responsibilities will span a range of critical sales activities, from conducting outreach through phone, email, and in-person interactions to attending industry events and meeting potential clients
- This position will challenge you to develop a deep understanding of Rho's value proposition and articulate it effectively to prospects across various industries
- Conduct lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives
- Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships
- Learn and articulate Rho's value proposition to prospects
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
