Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a similarly demanding strategic/operations role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus

What the job involves

  • As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the CEO, driving alignment and execution across all facets of the business
  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure the CEO’s time is leveraged effectively
  • In this pivotal role, you’ll gain unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a rapidly growing company while shaping our trajectory as a Super Carrier
  • Serve as a sounding board for the CEO, providing data-driven insights, recommendations, and critical feedback on strategic decisions
  • Help define and prioritize the company’s long-term objectives and major initiatives
  • Lead and/or coordinate high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove bottlenecks and maintain momentum on key initiatives
  • Develop and refine processes that optimize the CEO’s time, including meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups
  • Track organizational performance metrics, assessing progress toward strategic goals and identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare presentations, board materials, and executive summaries to communicate strategic priorities internally and externally
  • Align stakeholders across departments, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and timelines
  • Represent the CEO’s office in interactions with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and engagement

Our take

Although 5G is becoming more common, it remains relatively new and not universally available. Networks offering 5G can be costly and might not always match the features of 4G networks.

US Mobile provides 5G mobile data connectivity in the US, claiming to reach speeds of up to 3GB p/s through eSIMs that can be activated remotely. The company offers a range of plans from cheap "talk and text" to unlimited data packages, the latter of which comes with a variety of perks such as free streaming service subscriptions and free international calls.

Whilst the company will face competition from the growing number of 5G network providers, US Mobile stands out by focusing on providing access to all, from unlimited family 3GB p/s packages to individual basic text and call SIMs. The company also guarantees full US coverage, in addition to providing various group pool packages for families and businesses - features which should see it remain a strong option in the market.
