Director of Human Resources Business Partner, OKX

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Mandarin proficiency is required
• 10+ years of HRBP experience, ideally supporting product and engineering teams in tech, fintech, or financial services industries
• Deep expertise in employment law, compensation, talent development, organizational planning, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence to build trust and influence across all levels
• Strong ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures with a global mindset
• Growth-oriented, adaptable, and objective with high integrity
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and coach leaders and teams
