Senior Platform Support Engineer, Trumid

• Trumid is seeking a skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our Technology Team
• 7+ years of experience in production support engineering or similar technical roles
• Expertise in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Python programming with a focus on automation and tooling
• Experience with Jenkins and ArgoCD pipelines and automation
• Strong SQL skills for operational data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience troubleshooting application alerts and errors using tools such as Falcon LogScale, and Grafana/Prometheus
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to implement practical solutions for operations
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and Terraform
• Proven track record of building monitoring and alerting solutions
• Understanding of trading systems and financial market operations
• Strong client communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• This role will involve hands-on production support, providing client-facing technical expertise, and automating processes to maintain the reliability and performance of our trading platform
• Provide expert-level production support for our Kubernetes-based trading services, ensuring high availability and performance
• Deliver user-friendly technical support for all end-users utilizing the Trumid UI and FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol integrations
• Design and implement automation solutions using Python to eliminate manual processes and reduce operational overhead
• Contribute to and enhance existing Jenkins pipelines for release management, deployment automation, and maintenance workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Create and enhance monitoring systems using modern observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
• Build and optimize SQL queries for operational data analysis and reporting
• Work closely with development teams to improve platform reliability and supportability
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues with clear communication and effective follow-up
