NinjaCat was born out of a solution to a common challenge that our founders were facing firsthand as owner/operators of a growing agency specializing in PPC. Digital marketing performance data was siloed across an ever-expanding range of platforms and channels.
Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years of on-quota new logo sales. SaaS sales preferred but not required
- A passion for technology, automation and understanding how to implement basic solutions
- A history of selling total solutions to decision makers at mid market to enterprise company brands, agencies and media companies
- Skilled at negotiating pricing, multi-year committed contracts, SOW’s and other terms typically included in B2B agreements
- Understanding of marketing software and customer acquisition processes
- Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and concisely in emails, business proposals, and presentations
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts/solutions
- Expertise using salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, google docs, sheets and slides, mac OS, all major video conferencing apps
- Experience working in a remote start-up environment
- Able to work productively from home with access to high quality internet, a quiet, well-lit, professional appearing space, etc

What the job involves
- Prospect, identify, develop, negotiate and close new customers from an assigned territory of accounts, then grow those accounts through their first term with NinjaCat
- Develop and manage a pipeline to meet or exceed target from inbound and outbound leads assigned, plus your own prospecting of key accounts in your territory
- Closely run the sales process from qualifying to closing, documenting all information and notes in our salesforce CRM
- Execute sales strategies, presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast at all times with updated close dates, ARR amounts, stage and other relevant information in our salesforce CRM
- Understand the business landscape in modern marketing agencies, media companies and brands, using your research, knowledge and experience to be a credible sales leader for your accounts
- Present effectively to external customers across all levels from staff to C-suite executives

- NinjaCat is an Enterprise Marketing Data and AI Agents Platform platform that provides brands, agencies and media companies of all sizes with tools to collect, analyze, and present marketing data in a meaningful way without having to tie together multiple platforms and data storage solutions
Our take
Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising has soared with the growth of advertising networks and the wider use of the internet. However, while an important tool for marketing teams, digital marketing performance data was typically siloed across an ever-expanding range of platforms and channels. That made it near-impossible for marketing teams to conduct proper performance management.
NinjaCat's platform allows teams to aggregate, store, report, monitor, analyze and visualize data at scale changed that. Crucially the platform offers both automation features, greatly simplifying performance management while remaining deeply customisable for different budgets and metrics.
The startup has done a great job of delivering true performance management to teams relying on PPC campaigns. However, after raising more capital, the startup’s next stage of growth is all about going further. That means visualizing complex marketing data at scale enhanced by AI capabilities to deliver true marketing intelligence. It's an ambitious vision. Having said that, the team has so far consistently proven that they can lead the market in unifying complex and siloed data sources for marketing teams.
