What the job involves
- Remote role overseeing and managing 60-100 CYP undergoing SEND Tuition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, local authorities, families, and other agencies to enhance provision and referrals
- Lead, develop, and oversee the strategic direction and operational management of Alternative Provision
- Ensure the provision meets safeguarding and health & safety requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting where necessary
- Oversee budget management for AP programmes, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality
- Get involved in tutor recruitment ensuring tutor supply matches demand
- Manage relationships with councils and liaise with key staff members within each council
- Be the point of contact for our alternative provision tutors
