• Proven success hiring across multiple technical domains including manufacturing, automation, software, hardware, test, or related engineering functions
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders, directors, and executives on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with high ownership, sound judgment, and strong execution
• Track record of mentoring, coaching, or influencing other recruiters and recruiting teams

• As a Staff Manufacturing Recruiter, you will serve as a senior talent partner responsible for helping scale the manufacturing organization that brings NEO from development into production. You will partner directly with executive leaders, own some of the company’s most critical and complex hiring initiatives, and help shape talent strategy across manufacturing, automation, test, software, and hardware functions
• Beyond individual hiring success, you will play a key role in raising recruiting standards, mentoring teammates, and helping build a world-class talent organization
• Deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across manufacturing engineering, automation, test, software, hardware, and production-related technical functions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by shaping hiring strategies, talent priorities, and workforce planning decisions
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across critical manufacturing and technical disciplines that support rapid organizational scaling
• Improve recruiting effectiveness through process design, talent market intelligence, interview calibration, and hiring best practices
