Role
Who you are
- You have a first experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, ideally within the mobile industry
- You are a data-driven growth hacker with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You proactively identify key business insights and can quickly pivot strategies while maintaining alignment with business goals
- You have the ability to create your own roadmap and adapt quickly when needed
- You demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge in French is a plus

What the job involves
- As part of the Growth team and working closely with the UA team, you will optimize and manage a diverse portfolio, handling multiple tasks across multiple apps
- Crack both paid and non-paid acquisition channels using unconventional methods, always innovating and exploring new approaches
- Stay constantly up to date with the latest industry news and trends, identify those most relevant to our business, and adapt them into new activations, measurement methods, or processes
- Manage projects end to end in a highly organized way, continuously refining and improving processes
- Collaborate with BI and Tech teams to improve internal tools and increase team efficiency over time
- Take a holistic role that links user acquisition with business and product understanding to fuel growth

MWM develops music apps across different segments such as production, gaming, learning and utilities. The company is a big player in the creative mobile application market, with more than 30 apps and 450 million downloads worldwide.
Top apps published by MWM include Beat Maker Pro, Drum Machine, Beat Snap 2, TaoMix 2 and Edjing Mix. The company has also launched a hardware device, Phase, which enables users to turn turntables into digital DJ controllers.
MWM wants to expand beyond music and tackle new verticals in the creative space. Its recent pivot to using AI tools in production will help achieve this, and its currently working on apps in the leisure and creativity space. It also has its sights set on the United States where it has begun expanding its operations.
