What the job involves
- Lifecycle Execution & Programs: Build and run lifecycle campaigns across the full user journey — onboarding, free user retention, monetization, reactivation. Think in journeys, not one-offs
- Experimentation & Learning: Run lifecycle experiments with clear hypotheses and defined success metrics. Measure results, communicate learnings, and treat every send as a learning opportunity
- CRM Operations: Live in Braze day-to-day. Build, QA, and maintain campaigns and journeys with clean architecture and smart segmentation
- XFN Support: Partner with PMM, Product, Brand, and Data on feature launches, GTMs, and tentpole Marketing moments. Execute lifecycle support that makes those moments land
- Process & Intake: Help build and follow the processes that let Lifecycle scale — how work comes in, gets prioritized, gets executed and QA'd
