• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with expertise in Cloud SaaS administration (e.g., Google Workspace)
• 3+ years of experience in cloud security administration (e.g., user account permission management and cloud key vaults)
• A bachelor's degree in any information technology field
• Ability to learn new digital tools quickly
• Effective at self-prioritizing efforts, recognizing (possibly time-sensitive) cost/benefits of actions

• Manage Cloud IT Operations: Oversee all aspects of cloud SaaS and other IT systems for the company, including administration of corporate accounts
• Budgeting, Procurement, and Cost Optimization: Manage the company IT spend, including contract negotiations, payment/purchasing, and cost management
• IT Systems Development: Develop and customize workflows/scripts of IT systems to meet operational needs
• User and System Management: Administer user accounts, system access, and IT security systems with regular audits and updates
• Implement Security Measures: Enforce policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access
