Who you are

The successful candidate will have a disciplined approach to pipeline generation, qualification & disqualification, a bias towards action and curiosity to become an expert on our product
5+ years of experience as a software sales executive in a high-velocity selling motion
Demonstrable achievement and *consistency* in meeting & exceeding quota
Track record of high win/loss ratio at late-stages through disqualification at early stages
Excellent writing & internal communication skills

What the job involves

Account Executives at Doxel focus on closing large enterprise deals at mid-market velocity
Prospect & build pipeline. We close large deals & believe in the power of high quality outreach from account executives
Do some of the best discovery of your career. We listen first, pitch later at Doxel and our account executives love learning about our customer’s problems
Write your own business cases & pitch collateral customized to a customer’s needs. You will be supported by your sales leader, sales engineer and the company’s product team
Identify areas of value, map back to organization’s key pain points, influence budget allocation, navigate the procurement process

With computer-vision-powered predictive analytics, Doxel.ai allows users to detect the quality of construction work as well as any issues that may need to be fixed. The software empowers teams with comprehensive information that can track a project’s progress against building information models, budgets, schedules, and pay application data.

There is a huge opportunity to improve the construction industry, as more than 90% of large projects are delivered over budget and behind schedule. While there is no shortage of analytics tools for the industry, where Doxel stands out is in "forward-thinking" insights, that pre-empt problems, rather than the backward-looking analytics of competitors.

Doxel.ai's software has been adopted by large businesses such as Kaiser Permanente and Pennsylvania Chemicals. The company is using investments to scale activity and hire additional talent as it moves to further expand its operations.
