What the job involves
- At Xendoo, Inc., we believe small business owners deserve the same financial clarity and expertise that big corporations take for granted. Since 2016, we've been on a mission to fuel the ambitions of entrepreneurs across the country — handling the bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and taxes that keep businesses moving, so owners can focus on what they do best
- As a VC-backed, tech-forward company, we've built proprietary technology that sits at the core of everything we do, and as a preferred partner of QuickBooks Online and Xero, our clients benefit from seamlessly integrated, best-in-class tools. With our recent acquisition of an AI platform purpose-built for CPAs, we're not just keeping pace with the future of accounting — we're leading it
- We serve the builders: franchise owners, ecommerce founders, tradespeople, medical practices, tech startups, and hospitality operators. And we don't just manage their numbers — we help them understand them, giving owners the knowledge they need to make their next big move
- Our team runs on five values that aren't just words on a wall: Care Deeply, Be Curious, Think Critically, Own It, and Be Relentless. They shape every decision we make and every relationship we build. The goal? To champion the success of 50,000 small business owners by 2030. We're growing fast, and we're just getting started
Our take
Xendoo is a fintech company providing online accounting and bookkeeping services to help businesses manage their finances. It is focused on small businesses in the US markets, such as gyms, hair salons, dry cleaners, and marketing companies.
82% percent that go out of business do so from lack of cash flow, not lack of profitability. Xendoo is setting out to tackle this problem by delivering customers regular financial insights through monthly bookkeeping. Business owners can see their revenue and profitability trends over time, which means any changes that need to be made to cash flows can be implemented quickly.
What distinguishes Xendoo from competitors such as QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, and FreshBooks is that its tools can be used properly or improperly. It currently has customers in 45 US states and 8 countries, which are typically companies with revenue of $500 thousand to $10 million.
