Our take
Feedback and employee recognition has proven to be a powerful tool in boosting productivity within a workplace. Perform Yard is an HR platform that provides an intuitive interface for employees to track, schedule and promote a review culture within a business. These tools foster talent through organisations, without employees' opinions being missed.
Features include an overview of review tracking for employees, as well as analytics and data tools that support HR departments in improving their processes. Alongside helping to formalize face-to-face check-ins and reviews, the platform also hosts a selection of automated feedback forms, and structures for peer nominations.
Since its founding in 2013, Perform Yard has grown impressively. It has since become the number 1 ranked performance management system by G2, with 2024 funding supporting accelerated hiring and development of new apps and services.
