Associate Product Designer, Toast

• 1-2 years of experience in a product design role
• Proficient in designing for responsive web and native mobile platforms including wireframes, user journey maps, prototypes and detailed designs
• Ability to work with UI components to create pixel perfect experiences
• Experience using Figma and other prototyping and design collaboration tools
• Enough user research fluency to plan and conduct research that generates actionable insights
• Understand how to conduct design reviews to obtain feedback and iterate on designs to improve results
• Anticipatory about seeking out guidance and mentorship from others
• Able to work in a dynamic hybrid work environment and autonomously manage tasks
