Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter, highly consultative, and adept at navigating large organizations to position EvenUp's AI-powered products as essential tools for achieving better client outcomes and firm efficiency
- Required: 5+ years of successful experience as an Enterprise Account Executive selling B2B SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers, preferably within the legal tech or FinTech space
- Required: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a $2M+ annual quota with an average deal size of $250K+
- Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Preferred: Prior experience selling into large personal injury or mass tort law firms
Desirable
- Preferred: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise business processes
What the job involves
- EvenUp is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to drive significant revenue growth by securing new enterprise-level law firm accounts
- This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, the legal technology landscape, and the needs of high-volume personal injury practices
- You will manage the entire sales process, from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closing, working cross-functionally with our Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams
- Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by strategically identifying, qualifying, and closing new Enterprise law firm logos
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate target firms, demonstrating a clear ROI for EvenUp's AI platform
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery and compelling presentations to articulate the value proposition to C-level executives and key decision-makers within Enterprise accounts
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition and maximum adoption during and after the initial deployment
- Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by providing structured feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap
Our take
Every year, millions of personal injury cases in the US are resolved with only a small fraction going to trial, leaving many victims potentially under-compensated due to inaccurate settlement proposals. EvenUp aims to change this by leveraging AI technology to streamline the assessment of injury cases.
The AI tools evaluate raw case files, including medical and police records, creating tailored "demand packages" that present comprehensive compensation arguments. This improves lawyer performance and victim outcomes.
Despite concerns about AI bias and privacy, EvenUp has garnered significant investor interest, closing a funding round in 2024 that was one of the largest in the history of legal AI. Now valued at over $1 billion, it is investing in its team and introducing new techniques and products for personal injury and other legal areas.
