Recruitment is one of the biggest challenges for a company (hence why we started Otta!) and the global recruitment software industry is projected to reach $3Billon by the end of 2025. Radancy, formally TMP, is an HR technology and recruitment solutions provider. From creating high-quality websites, helping clients establish their branding strategy, and offering content-creation services, Radancy provides each client with a tailored solution based on its recruitment needs.
They previously helped Sony Pictures create a career site that demystifies the company as an employer and encourages potential candidates to apply for jobs. They also helped Nederlandsche Bank by interviewing and photographing specialists at the Dutch central bank in order to produce a campaign that creates a strong employer brand that attracts interest in the bank from younger generations.
They have over 1000+ clients, including Boeing, Hulu, Sony Pictures, Capital One and UPS. In order to establish its global presence, Radancy has completed a series of acquisitions that aimed to enhance its technology and marketing capabilities. They have acquired Carve, an international social media company, Maximum, a Netherlands-based recruitment marketing company and CKR Interactive, an employer branding and recruitment marketing firm.
