Our take
It's often impossible for corporate legal departments to collaborate and integrate with other departments of a company. This is because business sectors become siloed due to software inconsistencies and incompatibilities.
Litify sets out to solve this problem with its legal operating system that equips legal professionals with the technology to collaborate with ease and transparency. Unlike unintegrated software competitors, Litify focuses on ensuring that its corporate tools are consistent throughout an entire company, helping to streamline operations for effectiveness and efficiency.
On top of a series of partnerships, including with Deloitte, Litify has achieved profitability and the backing of Bessemer Venture Partners, a leading institutional investor that now has a majority stake in the company. This backing enables it to bolster its market position as a unique player delivering optimized operations for legal departments and firms, and embark on its next phase of growth.
