Graduate Data Analyst, adMarketplace

• This is an early-career development role designed for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of data, technology, product, and digital advertising. You'll begin with well-scoped analytical problems and progressively take ownership of more ambiguous work
• You'll work alongside Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Marketing Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, and commercial teams to solve real problems using real marketplace data

• Learn Our Business & Data - Develop a strong understanding of adMarketplace, our marketplace, core datasets, metrics, and Enterprise Data Model
• Analyze Real Business Questions - Use SQL to investigate product and marketplace performance, identify drivers, analyze trends, and communicate findings
• Build Trusted Analytics - Help develop reusable datasets, QA metrics, document definitions, and turn recurring analyses into scalable analytics
• Learn Experimentation & Data Science - Support experiments, analyze A/B tests, and gain exposure to statistics, causal inference, Python/R, and marketplace science
• Learn Marketing Science - Support advertising-effectiveness and incrementality studies, including experimental QA and client-facing analyses
• Build Reusable Solutions - Look for opportunities to automate recurring work and use modern analytical and AI tools to make the team more effective
