Role
Who you are
- Highly motivated to deliver market leading project and programme management services for our clients, and support colleagues to achieve the same
- Experienced in effectively managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Full project lifecycle knowledge and experience
- Strong leadership, communication and time / priority management skills
- Highly capable in stakeholder management
- A proven problem solver and positive working relationship builder
- Knowledgeable and experienced in contract administration, namely the NEC suite of contracts
- Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with the APM, RICS or similar
- Experience in regulated environments preferable

- Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones
- Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues
- Manage multi-disciplinary professional teams
- Maintain communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders
- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers, etc
- Implement effective and efficient communication tools
- Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others, and ensure objectives are met
- Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments
- Constantly pursue performance improvement
