Company mission
To empower communicators worldwide.
Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of project or program management experience, leading complex, enterprise software implementations or custom solution engagements, ideally for Fortune 100 or similarly sophisticated customers
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions with multiple customer stakeholders with competing priorities, sustaining constructive dialogue and long-term relationship integrity
- Fluency in translating between technical teams and business owners, and comfort around integrations, data, security, and migration conversations
- Demonstrated track record running formal governance on complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs, ideally at consultancy or enterprise-software scale
- Comfortable owning a hard conversations both internally and with the customer when scope and timeline collide, not just reporting status
- Proven ability to build and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering executive-ready readouts, steering committee updates, and status reporting
- Working knowledge of PM tooling and delivery frameworks (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Agile/Scrum ceremonies) to keep distributed teams aligned
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs from implementation to steady-state support
- A bias toward ownership: you plan the work, you drive the work, and you own the outcome
- Calm under pressure, genuine care for the customer, and the judgment to know when to escalate and when to solve
- If you love a hard problem, a room full of stakeholders, and the moment it all goes live, this is your kind of work
What the job involves
- This is the team that turns an ambitious, one-of-a-kind vision into a platform that is live, adopted, and loved
- We are hiring an Enterprise Project Manager to lead these bespoke implementations and custom solution engagements for our Fortune 100 customers
- No two engagements look the same, and that is the point. In the last twelve months alone, this team has:
- Replatformed how 7-Eleven reaches both its corporate teams and its franchise stores, wiring up Workday and secure store data feeds, retiring legacy tooling, and driving a phased go-live against hard deadlines across IT, comms, and operations
- Engineered a custom shift-swap experience for Chipotle, built directly into their mobile app on top of their workforce-management system, from use-case and edge-case definition through UAT and acceptance
- Partnered on Ford's migration off a legacy platform and onto Staffbase, co-delivered with an implementation partner under a single, unified project plan and clear scope governance
- Launched a bilingual, security-first rollout with Bell Canada, navigating translation quality, data privacy and anonymization, and enterprise InfoSec and compliance review
- Facilitated hands-on Foundations and content-strategy workshops with Waste Management, helping a largely deskless workforce reimagine how information reaches the field
- A week in this role might include:
- Owning the end-to-end plan for a custom engagement, from scoping statement through design, build, testing, and launch, so the customer only ever experiences one clear timeline
- Running the room: aligning customer IT, communications, and operations stakeholders alongside our solution engineers, integration specialists, and Customer Success leads
- Holding the line on scope with warmth and clarity, so custom work stays deliverable and change requests are surfaced early, not discovered late
- Coordinating implementation partners and internal experts so hand-offs are seamless and nothing falls through the cracks
- Turning technical complexity (integrations, data models, security reviews, migrations) into plain-language decisions a customer executive can make with confidence
- Because the work is real, visible, and hard in the best way. You will lead launches that reach hundreds of thousands of employees at some of the most recognizable brands in the world. You will build things that have never been built on our platform before. And you will do it alongside a team that genuinely likes each other and takes pride in getting the hard ones right
Our take
With modern teams spread across offices, countries, and time zones, companies need reliable ways to keep everyone connected. Enter Staffbase, the first AI-native employee experience platform, that delivers an employee app, intranet, email, SMS, digital signagfee and Microsoft 365 integrations all in one place.
With more than 2,000 customers worldwide, including Adidas, Toyota, DHL, and Sephora, Staffbase is helping organisations build stronger, more aligned workplaces. Its tools make communication simpler, and collaboration easier, by giving people the information they need quickly. One notable innovation by the company was "Employee AI", which is built on trusted data and designed to make AI genuinely useful for every employee.
With such strong momentum, industry recognition, and a partnership with Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service, Staffbase is very much ready for the future. It continues to roll out new features: like a mobile-first AI assistant that helps employees complete tasks, smarter content governance, and prompt-based tools to help teams create high-quality content faster.
