Who you are
- We’re looking for an experienced full-stack engineer
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an experienced fullstack engineer to help build out our new Simulation product
- Simulation is a small, fast-moving team inside Doppel (a series C company backed by Bessemer and a16z) building an entirely new product line, think of it as a startup within a startup
- We crossed 6 figures within a few months of launching and are on track to hit 1M ARR in Q4
- Our mission: to help companies proactively defend against the next wave of social-engineering attacks
- We’re creating AI-powered phishing simulations that use large-language models and voice synthesis to mimic real-world threats - from hyper-personalized emails to high-fidelity “manager calls” that test and train enterprise security teams
- You’ll be joining a team led by ex-Meta and YC founders, already working with Fortune 100 customers
- It’s the rare mix of startup-level growth and creativity with established-company backing and stability

- We only just recently launched it but market traction is growing extremely fast and we need people excited to jump and do whatever it takes to build what our customers desperately want
- Build out a “Cursor for phishing simulation” flow that lets users create simulations using natural language.
- Build out voice deepfakes that use AI to call employees pretending to be their co-worker
Our take
While the NFT space is often one that is enticing to investors and traders, there are persistent issues with fraud in the market. Cybercriminals are able to pass off any image as their own intellectual property, and while NFT marketplaces do abide by copyright laws this kind of fraud can be hard to spot before money changes hands. The damage to a brand's reputation and customer trust can be hard to rectify.
Doppel exists to solve this problem. Using an AI model trained to spot fraud and IP violations, it indexes NFT data across most of the major blockchains and flags potentially fraudulent NFTs. Trusted by Opensea, Dapper and numerous other marketplaces, Doppel scans over 1.5 million NFTs daily and has identified over 100,000 threats in the marketplace.
Doppel has raised significant funding, its 2025 round aimed at accelerating product innovation and expanding its capabilities beyond NFT fraud detection into broader social engineering defense. As AI-driven scams become more sophisticated, the company is ready as a multi-channel security platform, helping organizations detect, prevent, and respond to threats across digital environments.
