Product Designer, Jaja

• Strong UX principles and research knowledge - You have a solid foundation in UX (70%) and UI (30%), with the ability to conduct meaningful research and translate findings into design solutions
• Data-driven mindset - You're passionate about data and can drive conversations and make design decisions backed by analytics and user insights
• Squad experience - You've worked effectively within cross-functional teams and understand collaborative design processes
• Excellent communication skills - You can manage stakeholders effectively and present your work with clarity and confidence

• Consider customers' understanding, emotional responses, and needs for all features and copy to ensure alignment with FCA Consumer Duty
• Maintain accessibility guidelines to ensure inclusive design for all users
