• Powerdot is looking for a hands-on operator to identify and validate new partnership-led growth opportunities in France. You will combine analysis, commercial thinking and cross-functional execution to turn promising ideas into well-designed tests and measurable outcomes
• Explore new sectors and partner types in France and turn promising opportunities into clear business cases
• Help design partnership propositions and pilots, including scope, value exchange and success measures
• Take ownership of execution from first outreach through launch and performance review
• Set targets, analyse results and recommend whether to scale, adapt or stop
• Coordinate colleagues in Pricing, Product, Engineering, Data and Brand while keeping momentum and accountability
• Document learning so successful approaches can be repeated and unsuccessful ones are not repeated
• Support a clean handover when an opportunity grows into an established activity
