Software Engineering Manager, Relyance AI

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a management or team lead role, preferably in the ML/NLP domain
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams, including experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent
• Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing concepts, algorithms, and techniques
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align stakeholders across different functions
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
