Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of experience navigating and driving complex sales of B2B SaaS solutions
- Prior experience in the Commercial Real Estate space
- Consultative/value-selling, able to identify and articulate customer benefit
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience influencing stakeholders, including c-suite
- Experience working with large/enterprise customers
- Strong organizational skills, rigorous approach and focused on execution
- Proficiency in both English and French (speaking and writing skills)
- Genuine interest in environmental transition
What the job involves
- To strengthen our growth, we are looking for a result-oriented and commercially-minded Key Account Manager. You'll be responsible for a portfolio of French Enterprise key accounts, with an international exposure
- Manage and develop the account strategy for a portfolio of key accounts
- Lead meaningful customer meetings
- Plan and execute account development plans, identify customer needs and opportunities for Deepki to deliver greater value
- Build a strong and diverse network of stakeholders, at all levels within a customer’s organisation
- Mobilise and coordinate in-house resources and expertise to create high-impact solutions and commercial proposals
- Anticipate, plan and manage the lifecycle events of key accounts: tenders, contract renewals, negotiations, manage customer satisfaction to maximise ARR and retention
- Establish deep and lasting customer relationships to reinforce Deepki's reputation as a committed and trusted partner
- Identify and qualify business opportunities for additional business within the Strategic Accounts (expansion cross and upsell)
- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure
