Who you are
- Proven experience in graphic/visual design with a portfolio showcasing your skills - Bonus points for experience with blockchain/web3 projects
- Strong understanding of graphic design for social media and marketing
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus but not required
- This position requires strong design skills and the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand through engaging visuals
What the job involves
- We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and marketing, with a focus on creating digital content for social media
- Work with the Head of Design and marketing team to create visually engaging content for marketing campaigns
- Design digital content, including social media graphics, web assets, and marketing materials, that resonate with our community
- Simplify complex ideas into clear and appealing visuals
- Create a variety of designs, including static images and simple animations
- Ensure that all design work aligns with our brand identity
- Stay updated on the latest design trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
