• A strong generalist: you have worked in marketing but can get your hands dirty in business development and sales, and have experience in paid search and paid social but also understand how brand positioning, social media and community building works
• Communication skills: you are a good writer/storyteller and/or a curator and editor of written materials
• Project Management: you are detail-oriented and self-directed. Capable of scoping and driving your own projects, but collaborating with the rest of the team
• Risk loving: you’ll be willing to push the boundaries, embrace failure, learn and double down on what works
• Customer-focused; you’ll understand feedback loops and be curious about spotting new growth opportunities, consumer overlaps, or product developments we should be making
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required. Additional language capabilities are a plus
• A strong passion for travel, community and the future of remote work. Experience within the hospitality industry is useful, but not required

• Grow the top of the funnel via channel discipline and exploration under a test and learn framework. You will be growing a new category of travel/living without an existing playbook
• Scope, deliver and analyse/tweak digital marketing campaigns particularly across Google Ads & Socials
• Leverage relevant tools such as G-Suite and Ad Manager (s). Experience with analytics, CRM, CMS and automation tools (e.g. Zapier) is also preferred
