• Has experience of a backend language such as Go, C++, Java, Rust or Python

• We default to programming using Go, but also use a wide variety of different languages and frameworks. It's not expected that you would be familiar with Go (or any of the other languages we use) but you should be enthusiastic and willing to learn new things

Desirable

• The Backend team develops the core of the Alta Video Management System. These are Cloud based distributed systems monitoring and managing Video Cameras, Access Control Systems and Sensors
• The Backend team is responsible for analyzing, developing, designing, and maintaining the entire backend ecosystem. This includes developing new features, adding capabilities and increasing capacities, along with maintaining the existing CI/CD systems and customer deployments
