- We’re open to different backgrounds for this role. You may come from a strong crypto-native background with deep understanding of exchanges, DeFi, or financial systems, or from a leading technology company with experience building and scaling high-quality technical products

- If you consider yourself someone who knows how to take ownership, lead initiatives end-to-end, and at the same time roll up your sleeves and operate as an IC, this role is for you
- We move fast, priorities evolve quickly, and we value people who are proactive, adaptable, and drive solutions forward
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products
- Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment
- Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance
- High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- User-focused with strong attention to product quality and execution standards
- Technical background, engineering experience, or a technical degree is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus
- Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly valued
- Fluent in English
- Ideally based in New York or open to relocating
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help shape and scale products across the Injective ecosystem
- You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams across multiple initiatives, helping drive product direction, prioritization, and execution from ideation through launch and iteration
- Drive product development across multiple initiatives, from new products and feature ideation through launch, iteration, growth, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and priorities
- Own prioritization decisions using user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context
- Translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
- Maintain a strong product quality bar across user experience, functionality, and execution
- Define and monitor key product metrics and use insights to improve decision-making
- Work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, growth, BD, operations, and support
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations
Our take
Financial institutions are increasingly turning to the potential of decentralized finance, using blockchain technology similar to that of cryptocurrency. However, development in that area is time-consuming and prohibitively expensive. Injective aims to bring traditional finance institutions together with the decentralized finance ecosystem by providing an optimized blockchain and numerous modules to support decentralized app development.
Although cryptocurrency and blockchain-related firms are struggling against strong economic headwinds, Injective remains bullish about the future of decentralized finance in the Web3.0 sector. Centralized exchanges are likely to remain vulnerable to liquidity and stability issues, and so users will look for infrastructure and tools that will allow them to have access to their finances at all times.
Injective also has substantial funding that it is using to develop new toolkits and upgrades for the Injective ecosystem, as well as to support developers on the platform. It is also investing in software engineering talent as well as marketing to promote community growth. These advancements for the company position it well to lead the charge in decentralized finance and drive innovation within the Web 3.0 space, making its future one of excitement.
