RevOps / GTM Engineer, Ploy

• Deep understanding of GTM and revenue teams: You know how outbound works, what pipeline means, and how SDRs and AEs operate day-to-day
• Experience supporting sales teams: You’ve worked closely with sales or growth teams before - either as a RevOps/Growth/GTM engineer, or in a hybrid technical-commercial role
• Technical fluency: You’re comfortable with tools like Clay, Apollo, Hubspot, and can connect APIs, run automations, and build workflows end-to-end
• SQL and data analysis skills: You can write SQL to pull insights from product or CRM data, build lead scoring models, or analyse usage patterns
• Creative problem-solving mindset: You’re not just technical - you think commercially. You love experimenting, hacking solutions together, and finding unfair advantages to generate pipeline, close deals and increase sales velocity
• Bias for action: You’re hands-on, scrappy, and fast. You prototype ideas, test them quickly, and learn what works

Desirable

• Build and scale outbound systems that help SDRs and AEs generate high-quality pipeline efficiently
• Use tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and modern AI products to enrich data, score leads, and automate personalization
• Design and run outbound experiments, track conversion impact, and iterate quickly based on what works
• Analyse large prospective risk datasets to create compelling visualisations, and support deal progression
• Build and maintain internal tooling for the GTM team, including dashboards, usage metrics, and self-serve insights
• Work cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Sales to identify revenue blockers and build systems to solve them
