Who you are

5-8 years of product management experience in B2C technology, with a strong preference for healthcare, e-commerce, or platform businesses
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
Experience building and driving a roadmap, dividing an ambitious quarterly objective into weekly deliverables
Strong UX / UI / wireframing competency
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams - producing detailed specification documentation
Understanding of digital transformation in healthcare service delivery
Advanced proficiency in product analytics tools and methodologies (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets)

What the job involves

Product Ownership - Craft and execute a product vision that bridges user needs, business objectives, and technological capabilities. You'll be the day-to-day owner for our product roadmap, covering the full life cycle from developing requirements (PRDs), designing full product concepts with designers (or independently), and executing on delivery with our product & engineering team
Roadmap Ownership - working directly with the founder & department leaders to translate our business OKR, headline goals, and customer needs into an actionable multi-lane roadmap that drives our week-on-week delivery
Product Launches - from the launch & testing phase, to deployment, to working directly with marketing / sales and customer success teams to drive usage
Product Analytics - working with our data team to design funnels, set KPI, measure success of product features, and conduct A/B testing
360-product management - ranging from our Mobile apps, Web apps, back-end integrations, and AI / Machine Learning modules
For the ideal candidate this role evolves into Head of Product in 6-12 months - with increasing ownership of the overall roadmap, product strategy, and building a product organisation
