Role
Who you are
- Mastery of navigating enterprise products/solutions through the full product lifecycle, with a track record of rapidly shipping impactful products
- Comfort developing products that heavily leverage data, analytics, and AI / machine learning
- Proven track record of collaboration across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business (engineering, professional services, clinical operations, etc.)
- Ability to span altitudes from vision / evangelism to “getting into the weeds” with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong, professional presence in working with customers / partners (including C-Suite executives)
- Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and pitch in / fill in gaps when a team needs help
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, ideally in the Perioperative setting
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Product Manager to work on exciting, high-growth products related to Generative AI and Healthcare
- Using your product management expertise, combined with your drive and passion for making a difference, you’ll work with multiple talented teams across Qventus to discover, define, execute, and launch new products & features, as well as to improve and optimize our existing products
- Guide a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to ship great products that solve meaningful customer problems
- Discover and validate new product opportunities through a deep understanding of our users, market, technology, strategy, and data
- Define the vision, strategy, problems to solve, and key requirements for the solutions that address the opportunities you identify
- Get involved with the design and software development process, and manage the product backlog
- Follow through to launch and iterate on products, ensuring that they make the desired impact on our users and our business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with users, buyers, and external thought leaders to inform your work
Our take
The pressure on US hospitals is increasing due to rising costs of care and pharmaceuticals, in addition to increasing expectancy of high-quality services at lower prices. Vast bodies of medical data sets can be used to help ease bottlenecks in these overworked systems, but processing this data into actionable insights is a laborious and time-consuming task.
Qventus improves the operational efficiency of hospitals and medical centers by using AI to interpret raw medical data into actionable data for staff. The data produced helps teams anticipate bottlenecks and resolve problems before they occur. Qventus claims this forward-thinking approach helps decrease the length of stay of patients, increase morning discharge rates, and overall improve cash flow margins.
Many healthcare SaaS startups aim to use AI to interpret medical data, but Qventus’s approach to identifying bottlenecks within a health system is particularly beneficial. The software uses machine learning to drive its AI, meaning that with every problem identified and prevented, the system will become smarter. Funding raised by the company will be used to support the development of its AI operational assistants and to continue its expansion to additional hospitals and health systems.
