Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth or technology company
- Proven ability to lead teams, inspire a culture of excellence, and foster professional growth within the recruitment function
- Experience with Commercial and Operations hiring in high growth or technology companies. Technical hiring is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing high-impact hiring strategies, especially in fast-paced, scaling environments
- Creative problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the challenge of finding and securing the best talent
- To succeed in this position, your spoken and written English skills need to be proficient

- We’re looking for talented Hands-On Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team in Copenhagen or London
- As a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Monta, you'll drive our talent acquisition strategy to fuel Monta's growth
- Leading our recruitment team, you'll build and refine processes that attract top talent and support a seamless candidate experience
- Take a Hands-On role and lead by example, attracting top talent and building a strong pipeline through strategic relationships and technology
- Coach and empower a high-performing TA team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability while embodying company values
- Develop scalable, efficient hiring processes and tools to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruiting performance and achieve hiring goals
- Strategic Impact: Implement innovative hiring strategies, leveraging AI and technology to boost efficiency, diversity, and hire quality. Build a future-ready talent pipeline aligned with business needs
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing TA team, fostering empowerment, collaboration, and growth. Provide coaching and mentoring to drive measurable professional development

Our take
Monta is an EV charging company that is building ways to make it easier to charge EVs from wherever you are. In order to do so, the company is working to digitise the EV charging ecosystem via a charging management platform.
Transforming mobility is a leading global effort towards a greener society and European cities are rapidly seeing the uptake of electric vehicles. In spite of this, there is a dearth of EV charging points, and Monta is trying to rectify this issue through its unique all-in-one EV charging platform, which makes charging vehicles simple and seamless, thereby increasing the adoption of a more sustainable method of transport.
Monta has invested its efforts toward opening up new markets, specifically North America, whilst consolidating its market position in Scandinavia, the UK, and Germany, as well as creating transparency within the electricity market and continuing to fund digitising the power grid infrastructure. Recent funding invest further in R&D alongside expanding its partner network.
