- You have a proven track record of converting cold leads into warm prospects, working with enterprise-level clients
- You are a strategic-thinking problem solver with a natural sales acumen
- 1-2+ years of direct experience in a sales development or similar sales role within tech, software, or healthcare. Experience selling to the health plan segment preferred
- Top-notch verbal and written communication

What the job involves
- Our Sales Team is responsible for the full lifecycle of health plan and strategic partnerships, from initial conversations to contract execution and ongoing relationship management
- This team partners closely with Tomorrow Health’s Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to win new clients and drive positive outcomes for our partners and patients
- Tomorrow Health is in search of a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead territory development and lead generation initiatives
- As an integral part of our team, you'll be tasked with driving top-of-the-funnel marketing activities and expanding our reach within your assigned geography
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Take ownership of identifying and nurturing new opportunities, focusing on converting cold sales leads into warm prospects through strategic outreach efforts
- Demand Generation Mastery: Obsess over implementing best-in-class demand generation practices, leveraging data insights to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with health plan target audiences
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline activity, ensuring consistent progress toward meeting and exceeding top-of-funnel sales targets
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates and drive revenue growth
- Event Outreach and Demo Scheduling: Proactively reach out to registered attendees of Tomorrow Health-sponsored events to arrange product demonstrations
- Additionally, contact non-attendees to coordinate private demos with our sales executives
- Assist in scheduling demos and engage with attendees of conferences and industry events to extend invitations to Tomorrow Health-sponsored functions
- Market Feedback Integration: Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking and incorporating market feedback into your strategies
- Iterate and refine your approach based on real-time insights to maximize effectiveness
- Value Proposition Articulation: Develop and deliver clear and succinct value propositions tailored to health plans, backed by thorough ROI analysis
- Communicate the tangible benefits of Tomorrow Health's solutions with confidence and conviction

Tomorrow Health is one of a significant number of startups operating in the healthcare space. The platform allows carers and patients, those homebound permanently, recovering from surgery or living with chronic conditions, to find durable medical equipment. It also coordinates the logistical issues between payers and insurance providers and takes care of home delivery.
An advantage for users is that it goes further than simply being an online shopping platform for medical supplies. It also uses key data to find the most suitable products based on location, insurance coverage, and product specialization. It's also targeting not just patients and their unpaid carers, but healthcare providers. The company has made good progress in this regard by partnering up with Medicaid company Geisinger Health.
