10to8 realised that this problem was a tractable one and set out to build software to fix it. By constructing the scheduling software as a genuine communication channel, 10to8 has found that its clients face fewer no-shows than super lightweight calendar APIs that have saturated the market.
The company is now looking to grow its freemium model. That means expanding its product team to build features for premium users that can accelerate revenue and growth for the company while maintaining flexibility to respond to all its customers’ needs.
While 10to8 is renowned for its capabilities and user experience, it is now competing with venture-backed startups like Calendly. 10to8 will hope that depth and quality will set themselves apart in the market.
