11:FS Holdings was created through a partnership between David M. Brear, CEO of 11:FS Group, and Max Koretskiy, founder of Blackshield Capital. Together, the pair saw that wealth and private banking were overdue a serious digital upgrade. So, the company exists to rethink how modern wealth services should work.
Building on years of work at 11:FS Group, the team saw first-hand how far behind the wealth management space really was in terms of digital experience. With support from partners who work closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, 11:FS Holdings brings technology, insight and expertise together to help close that gap.
While still a young company, founded in 2025, 11:FS Holdings benefits from deep experience and strong leadership. With this as its foundation, the company is well placed to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of wealth and private banking.
