15below was founded with the goal of arming travel companies with the key instruments they need to provide live automated notifications for both passengers and staff. 15below has since grown significantly and is now one of the major suppliers of passenger messaging solutions: The company sends 1.3 million notifications every day, for 56 clients (including British Airways and Ryanair) boarding 800 million passengers a year.

Main competitors for 15below are Travelport, Amadeus (which joined forces with 15below in 2019), and Sabre, currently reporting much higher revenues than most other similar companies. Adapting channel strategies to new ways of communicating will be essential for any player in this market in the near future.
