For general dentists, adding orthodontics to their practices can be extremely lucrative; but despite high income potential and speedy implementations, dentists may not feel they can confidently supply orthodontic plans due to lack of expertise. 32Co assists general dentists to incorporate clear aligner orthodontics, providing a marketplace to compare manufacturers alongside access to orthodontic experts.
Usually, if a dentist wishes to offer clear aligner orthodontics, they must source a supplier that is appropriate for all cases they may encounter, but with 32Co’s marketplace they can instead choose packages to fit each individual patient. Dentists work alongside a technician or, if they are not confident in delivering a treatment plan, can choose to be supported by one of 32Co’s orthodontic specialists.
32Co is well-reviewed by clients and backed by world-class investors, whose confidence bodes well for its future. The company’s focus on “the future of collaborative healthcare” paired with 2023's $3 million in seed funding paved the way for a more generalist collaboration model moving forward, incorporating surgical and preventive specialties into its range of services.
