Our take

Selling a home is a tedious and expensive business, involving mountains of paperwork and the ever-present middle-man - the estate agent. 4walls believes that homeowners should have the power to sell their own properties, and so supplies a 6-step mobile-first experience for users to do just that.

4walls encompasses all the stages of selling a property, from valuation all the way to drawing up the final paperwork. Users can create and edit listings for their homes, schedule viewings and communicate with prospective buyers, as well as negotiate a final price - all through the app.

This innovative approach to the house-selling process will likely prove a breath of fresh air for many, and there is no doubt a large potential market for 4walls' services. Only the future can tell if consumers will take to the concept - however the company is most certainly one to watch.
